How Roblox Account Location Works and Updates After You Move

Roblox detects and updates an account's general location automatically from device signals over time. You can view it under Account Settings > Account Info, but Roblox does not provide a manual country picker for forcing a different location.
Open Account Info
Sign in only at Roblox.com or in the official app, open Account Settings, and select Account Info. Find Account Location to view the general location currently associated with the account.
Do not look for a manual country picker
Roblox says account location is detected and updated automatically. A missing edit button is therefore expected and is not fixed by changing unrelated profile or language settings.
Allow time after moving
If you recently relocated, use the account normally from the new location and allow time for Roblox's general regional signal to update. Roblox does not publish an exact update interval.
Turn off misleading routing
A VPN can reduce the accuracy of the detected location, according to Roblox. Disconnect it when it is not required, then avoid repeatedly changing network regions in an attempt to force the field.
Align the mobile store region
When Roblox directs you to a regional version of its mobile app, verify that the Apple App Store or Google Play country reflects the place where you actually live before downloading the app.
Contact Roblox for a persistent mismatch
If the displayed location remains wrong after a genuine move and reasonable waiting period, contact Roblox Support. Provide the account username and issue description, never a password or verification code.

- Changing the interface language does not prove that Account Location changed; these are separate settings.
