How to Handle Pending Robux on Roblox

First identify why the Robux are pending. A pending user-to-user Robux transfer must be opened from its Roblox notification and accepted; younger users may also need approval from a linked parent. Robux pending from an item or Experience Pass sale are held in escrow and cannot be claimed manually: Roblox adds them to the balance after the holding period ends.
Identify the pending Robux type
If Roblox sent a notification that another user transferred Robux, use the transfer steps below. If the amount appears because someone bought an item, pass, or other creator product, skip to the sale-escrow steps; there is no supported Claim button for those earnings.
Transfer: open the Roblox notification
Sign in to the account that received the transfer and open its pending-transfer notification. Check the sender and amount, then select Accept. When processing completes, the transferred Robux should be added to the balance immediately.
Transfer: complete the age requirement
Users aged 16 or older must complete Roblox's Age Check. A user under 16 needs a linked parent account, and that parent must approve each incoming transfer; some regions require parent approval for users under 18. If Roblox shows Ask your parent, the linked parent must approve before the Robux are delivered.
Transfer: verify it in My Transactions
After acceptance and any parent approval, open My Transactions and confirm the transfer completed. If the age requirements are not completed within seven days, Roblox cancels the transfer and returns the Robux to the sender.
Sale: open My Transactions in a browser
At Roblox.com, sign in to the account that made the sale. Select the Robux icon at the upper right, select the displayed Robux amount, and wait for My Transactions to load. Use its filter to view Sales of Goods when checking item or pass sales.
Sale: wait for escrow to release
Review the Pending Robux amount and the related sale. Roblox holds Experience Pass earnings in escrow and adds them to the Robux total when the holding period ends. Do not use a browser extension, script, paid service, or supposed Claim button to try to bypass escrow.
Confirm the final balance
For a transfer, the balance should increase immediately after all required approvals. For a sale, return to My Transactions after escrow ends and confirm the amount moved out of Pending Robux and appears in the total balance.

- If there is no Accept notification, do not assume a pending sale is a transfer. Check My Transactions and identify the transaction type before taking action.
- If a transfer stays pending, confirm the recipient completed the required Age Check or linked-parent approval. Missing eligibility after seven days cancels the transfer rather than releasing it.
- Transferred Robux cannot be converted through DevEx, and a sent transfer cannot be reversed. Roblox says it will never ask a user to send Robux to verify an account.
