You can add a Roblox passkey from Account Info under Login Methods after signing in on Roblox.com. Use it only on a personal device you control, and use the device's screen lock to confirm the setup.
1
Use a personal, supported device
Set up a passkey only on a device you control and can unlock yourself. Do not create one on a shared school, work, library, or friend's device.
2
Sign in at Roblox.com
Open the official Roblox website, sign in to the account that will use the passkey, and confirm you are not using a forwarded sign-in link.
3
Open Account Info
Go to Settings, then Account Info. Find the Login Methods section, which is where Roblox lists passkey controls.
Select Add Passkey. Roblox may ask you to verify with your password or an email one-time code before the device can create the passkey.
5
Confirm with the device screen lock
Follow the device prompt and approve it with the screen lock method you normally use, such as Face ID, a fingerprint, or a device PIN. Do not disclose any code during this step.
6
Test the login privately
Sign out only if you have another safe recovery method available, then test the passkey on the same personal device. Keep the verified email and recovery options current.
7
Manage or remove a lost-device passkey
Return to Settings, Account Info, and Login Methods. Use Manage to remove a passkey for a device you no longer control, then review the rest of the account's login methods.

If it does not work
If Add Passkey is unavailable, update the browser or device and check Roblox's supported-platform requirements in the linked article before changing unrelated account settings.
If you replaced or lost the device, remove its passkey from Login Methods using another trusted device and secure the account with a new password if you suspect anyone else can unlock it.
