Roblox does not provide a list of arbitrary internal resolutions. In windowed mode, resize the game window. In full-screen mode, Roblox follows the Windows display resolution. Use Roblox's Graphics Quality setting to improve performance without changing the desktop resolution.

Resolution controls image dimensions, while Roblox Graphics Quality controls how much detail the game renders. If the game is slow, changing Graphics Quality is usually the more useful first step.

Use windowed mode for a custom window size
Open Roblox, leave full-screen mode, and drag a corner or edge of the game window. This changes how much screen space Roblox uses without changing the whole desktop.

Use the Windows resolution for full screen
Right-click the desktop, choose Display settings, and open Display resolution. Start with the option marked Recommended. Changing this affects the desktop and other apps, not just Roblox.
While in an experience, press Esc or open the Roblox menu. Choose Settings, set Graphics Mode to Manual, and move Graphics Quality left for better performance or right for more detail.
Return to the game and play the same area for a minute. Check text readability, frame rate, mouse position, and whether the window fits the screen.

Keep Windows at a usable setting
If desktop text becomes blurry or controls move off-screen, restore the Recommended Windows resolution and use Roblox window size or Graphics Quality instead.
If it does not work
If Roblox returns to full screen, use the in-game Fullscreen setting or the Windows shortcut Alt+Enter where it works.
If the image is blurry in windowed mode, make the window larger and keep Windows at its native Recommended resolution.
Avoid old compatibility-mode or DPI overrides unless Roblox Support or Microsoft documents them for the exact problem; they can make the interface blurrier.
