Test your Network Connection

Ensure you are using a reliable network connection. You can test your connection on Speedtest.net. A stable upload and download speed is essential for a reliable gaming experience. Especially your ping should stay below 100ms. If this is not the case, then make sure to restart your router or modem and use a hardwired connection to your router if you can.

Disable VPN or Proxy Connection

Account for any VPN service that could be running on your system. Or turn off your VPN while in-game. Make sure to use an ethernet cable to ensure the best possible connection. If you have to use a Wifi connection, then make sure to restart your router or modem if you haven't done this in a while, and reduce the number of devices connected to the same network.
