Fix a Zoom Recording That Is Not Converting

Prepare the correct account, device, project, or session
Confirm the active Zoom account, meeting role, recording folder or meeting policy, app version, and exact symptom before changing settings. Save irreplaceable local recordings and close private windows before screen sharing. Protect the recording files

Verify the result
Open the completed MP4 and audio files, check duration and playback, and keep the copied .zoom folder until the conversion is verified.
