Sign in to Google Play Games
Open Google Play Games on PC and sign in with the personal Google Account intended for the PC library. If the installer blocks the PC, read the named failed requirement rather than downloading an emulator or bypassing virtualization checks.

Install Clash of Clans
Search Google Play Games for Clash of Clans, open the official Supercell product page, and select Install. When installation finishes, select Play; the game should open with mouse controls in the Google Play Games window.

Load the intended village
If the expected village is not already loaded, open Clash of Clans Settings, select Supercell ID, and log in with the email connected to that village. Confirm the village name and player tag before building, attacking, or purchasing anything.

Verify PC and mobile progress match
Compare the village name, player tag, Town Hall level, and a harmless current value on PC with the mobile account before continuing. Supercell documents PC-mobile syncing, but that does not protect against signing in to the wrong Supercell ID.
