Confirm the entry is actually missing
Open Phone > Calls or Recents and inspect both All and Missed. Search Contacts and Messages for the person or number as a separate clue, but remember those apps do not restore a deleted Phone call-log entry.

The Phone app has no undo or Recently Deleted area for call history. Once an entry is removed from the list, there is no supported control that places it back into that on-device list.
Check another synced Apple device carefully

Avoid false recovery tools
Do not give an unknown desktop tool your Apple Account credentials or disable device protections because it promises complete deleted-call recovery. A backup restore can replace newer phone data and still may not contain the wanted call entry.
