For an Apex Legends Anti-Cheat integrity error or code 30005, restart the game and PC, then repair Apex in the EA app or verify its files in Steam. Only code 30005 has EA's additional.sys-file step; if a different code is not listed by EA, preserve it and use EA support instead of modifying Anti-Cheat files.
Launch Apex Legends once and save the complete Anti-Cheat message or code. Note whether it is the runtime integrity check, code 30005, or another code; EA gives different instructions for each.

Restart Apex Legends and Windows
Close Apex Legends and the EA app or Steam completely, restart Windows, and try one normal launch. This clears a temporary Anti-Cheat start failure without changing protected files.

Repair Apex in the EA app
If you use the EA app, open Library, find Apex Legends, select the three-dot Manage icon, and choose Repair. Wait for the repair to finish before launching the game.
If you use Steam, open Library, right-click Apex Legends, and select Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files. Let Steam finish; one or more local configuration files may not verify and Steam says that can be normal.
If the exact code is 30005 and file repair did not help, open C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat, delete the .sys file named in that folder, and restart the PC, as EA instructs. Do not delete other Anti-Cheat files or use this step for a different code.

Verify a clean launch
Launch Apex Legends normally. Success means the Anti-Cheat window completes, Apex reaches the lobby, and you can enter a match without the same integrity or 30005 message.

Escalate an unlisted or persistent code
If the code is not in EA's current article, or the matching repair still fails, send EA the full code, time, launcher, Windows version, and repair result. Do not reinstall Anti-Cheat from an unofficial download.
If it does not work
If EA's runtime-integrity message returns immediately after Repair, wait for an acknowledged Apex issue or submit the exact evidence; EA says a current fix may be required.
If Steam keeps downloading the same files, finish the verification with other disk-intensive scans paused, then retry once before reporting the repeated result.
If the message names blocked software rather than code 30005, update or remove only that named software through its publisher; do not disable Windows security broadly.
