Apex Legends - How To Fix The Infinite Loading Screen When Launching On PC

Close Apex Legends and the Origin Launcher and open up your Task Manager. In the Processes tab, make sure to end the Origin Process Open up Steam, as some users need the Steam launcher running to bypass the infinite loading screen. Open up your File Explorer and navigate to the drive on which you save origin games on: Program Files > Origin Games > Apex right-click the r5apex.exe application and go to Properties. In the Compatibility tab, select run the program in compatibility mode for Windows 7 and select to run the game as an administrator

End the Apex Legends launcher Processes

Close Apex Legends and the Origin Launcher and open up your Task Manager. In the Processes tab, make sure to end the Origin Process

Change the Apex Legends Compatibility Settings

Change the Apex Legends Server Location

Launch Apex Legends, and instead of clicking on Continue, wait a minute until you see the Data Center button. Select to change the server and then click continue to get to the main menu. This will allow you to fix the infinite loading screen problem with Apex Legends on your PC.
