Open HoYoverse's official Genshin Impact redemption page in your mobile browser, sign in, choose the server whose displayed nickname matches your character, enter the code, and tap Redeem. Then open Genshin Impact > Paimon Menu > Mail and claim the reward. Codes can expire, be server-limited, or work only once.
In Safari, Chrome, or your usual mobile browser, open genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift. Check that the address ends in hoyoverse.com before signing in. This website route works even when the mobile game does not show a Redeem Code button.
Tap Log In and use the HoYoverse email, username, or linked sign-in method for the character that should receive the reward. If you are unsure, open Genshin Impact first and note the UID and server shown in the Paimon Menu.

Choose the server and check the nickname
On the redemption page, choose the same server you use in the game. Wait for Character Nickname to fill automatically. If the nickname is blank or belongs to another character, do not redeem; change the server or sign in to the correct HoYoverse account.

Enter the code and tap Redeem
Paste or type the code exactly, including letter case, then tap Redeem once. Use a code announced through an official Genshin Impact or HoYoLAB channel; do not enter your password into a code-list site or use an automated redemption tool.

Claim the reward from in-game Mail
Open Genshin Impact on the selected server, enter the Paimon Menu, and open Mail. Select the redemption message, read the listed items, and tap Claim. Success means the items move into the inventory or currency balance of the character whose nickname appeared on the website.

If the page says the code is invalid, re-enter it carefully and check the official announcement for its server region and expiry time. The characters O and 0 are easy to confuse.
If the page says the code was already used, check in-game Mail and the inventory on that same server. A code normally works only once per account.
If the nickname is wrong, stop before tapping Redeem. Sign out of the redemption page, use the correct HoYoverse login method, and select the correct server.
If HoYoverse announced the code, it is still eligible, and the official page rejects it, contact HoYoverse Support with the code and a screenshot of the exact message.
