How to Redeem a Code in Genshin Impact on Mobile

Confirm the account and server
Open Genshin Impact and verify the HoYoverse account, server, and character name. A reward is delivered to the selected character and cannot be moved merely because the wrong server was chosen.
Check the redemption requirements
Finish the opening progression and reach the Adventure Rank required by the current promotion. Read the code's official terms for region, platform, deadline, and account eligibility.
Open Redeem Code in the game
Open the Paimon menu > Settings > Account > Redeem Code, enter the code exactly, and choose Exchange. If that control is unavailable on the device, use only HoYoverse's official web redemption flow.
Use the official website when needed
Sign into HoYoverse's official redemption page, choose the correct server, confirm the displayed character nickname, enter the code, and submit it once. Stop if the domain or sign-in page is unfamiliar.
Claim the in-game mail
Return to the game, open Mail, and claim the delivered reward before its mail expiry. Read the item list rather than relying on an old article's reward amount.
Interpret an invalid-code message
Recheck letter case, spacing, server, expiry, prior use, and campaign eligibility. A VPN does not make a region-locked or expired code valid and can complicate account-security checks.
Protect the account
Never provide a password, verification code, cookie, or payment to a code generator. Use HoYoverse support if an officially announced eligible code fails on the correct account.
