Update Cyberpunk 2077, remove old mods, verify the game in GOG GALAXY, Steam, or Epic, and retest the same launch or save. For crashes during play, also disable overlays and return CPU and GPU clock speeds to their defaults. A crash that happens only in one save may require an earlier save; reinstalling the whole game is not the first step.
Start Cyberpunk 2077 once from its normal GOG GALAXY, Steam, or Epic Library button. If the game closes before the main menu and shows "Whoa! Cyberpunk 2077 has flatlined," use the Flatlined launch page. If it closes without that message, continue here. Verify Cyberpunk 2077 in its launcher

Wait for the scan and any replacement download to finish.

Remove the crash conditions CD Projekt Red names
Close Discord, GOG GALAXY, Ubisoft Connect, or another app only when its in-game overlay is enabled, then launch Cyberpunk 2077 again. Return any CPU or GPU overclock or underclock to its default value. Do not add Cyberpunk2077.exe to the firewall or change fullscreen compatibility settings for an offline game crash; those were old video suggestions, not the current publisher workflow.

Launch Cyberpunk 2077 twice and repeat the same save, location, or action that caused the crash. Count the repair as successful only when both launches reach the main menu and the repeatable gameplay point runs without the game closing. If an earlier save works but the latest one always crashes, keep the working save and include both results in a support report.

Attach Cyberpunk 2077's crash evidence
Paste %LOCALAPPDATA%\REDEngine\ReportQueue\ into File Explorer, open the newest dated folder, and attach stacktrace.txt to CD Projekt Red's Game crashes form. If it does not work
If verification replaces files, do not test until the launcher finishes the follow-up download; the repaired Cyberpunk 2077 installation is not ready while a download is pending.
