Terms of Service – StrongPass (Password Generator for iPhone)

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the StrongPass - Password Generator app (“App”), published by techy.how. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What the app does

StrongPass helps you generate, analyze, and securely store passwords locally on your iPhone.

  • Password generation and strength analysis

  • Secure storage in the iOS Keychain

  • Face ID/Touch ID protection

  • Optional premium features (e.g., unlimited storage, passphrases, encrypted backups, premium themes)

3. Your responsibilities

  • Device Security: You are responsible for securing your device (e.g., passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).

  • Backup: If you choose to back up data, ensure you export and store it securely.

  • Compliance: You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Privacy

5. Purchases & subscriptions

  • Pro features are offered as in-app purchases (monthly, annual, or lifetime).

  • Purchases and billing are handled by Apple via App Store.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

  • We do not process or store your payment details.

6. Intellectual property

  • The App, its design, and its content are owned by techy.how and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify the App except as allowed by Apple’s App Store policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

  • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or fit for every purpose.

  • While StrongPass is designed for strong security, no software can guarantee absolute protection.

8. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, techy.how is not liable for any damages, data loss, or consequences resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

  • You are solely responsible for your stored passwords and backups.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the Effective date above. Material changes may be communicated via the App Store page or within the App.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Luxembourg, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your country.
