techy.how publishes the iPhone app StrongPass - Password Generator.

What the app does

StrongPass helps users generate, analyze, and securely store passwords. Features include:

  • Cryptographically secure password generation with customizable options (length, character sets, exclusions, passphrases).

  • Password analysis (entropy, diversity, strength score, security tips).

  • Secure password storage in the iOS Keychain (Face ID / Touch ID protected).

  • Organization of saved passwords into categories.

  • Encrypted export and restore (Pro feature).

  • Theming and customization options.

Data we collect from the app

We do not collect personal data.

  • On-device only: All generated and stored passwords remain encrypted on your iPhone using the iOS Keychain.

  • No servers: The app does not send your data to us or any third party.

  • Export/Backup: If you choose to export, backups are encrypted and stored in your iCloud Drive or Files app. We never receive this data.

Accounts, tracking, and ads

  • No accounts or logins.

  • No third-party SDKs.

  • No analytics or tracking.

  • No ads.

Diagnostics & crash reports

If you opt in to share analytics with developers in iOS settings, Apple may provide aggregated crash logs and diagnostics. These do not directly identify you. We do not run our own analytics.

Payments

Purchases (Pro upgrade: monthly, annual, lifetime) are processed by Apple through the App Store.

  • We do not receive your payment details.

  • Apple may share aggregated sales reports with us, but they contain no personal data.

When you contact us

If you email contact@techy.how, we will process the information you provide (such as your email address and message) in order to respond. These communications are kept only as long as necessary to resolve your request.

Your rights (EU/EEA)

If you contact us and share personal data, you may request:

  • Access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data

  • To object to processing

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Luxembourg: the CNPD).

Children’s privacy

StrongPass has no user-generated content, social features, or ads. It is suitable for general audiences.

Security

The app is designed to work entirely offline.

  • Passwords are stored encrypted in the iOS Keychain.

  • If you contact us via email, we take reasonable steps to secure those communications.

International transfers

We do not run cloud services for this app and do not transfer app data internationally.
Email communications may be processed by our email provider to deliver messages.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect app or legal changes.
We’ll revise the Effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted where possible.
