Answer

Open Master Duel's Submenu, choose Game Settings, then General and Language if those labels are present. Select one of the languages offered by your version, save, and restart the game if asked. Konami lists the languages Master Duel supports, but it does not publish the current menu path, so use the closest clearly named language setting if the menu has moved.

  • Open General settingsThe older path is Submenu > Game Settings > General.
  • Use the displayed listAvailability can vary by platform or region.
  • Restart if askedThe interface may reload language files.

Return to the main screen

Finish the current duel normally and return to Master Duel's main screen before changing interface language.

Open Game Settings

Open Submenu or the current menu button, then choose Game Settings.

Look under General

Open General and find Language. If the labels differ, use the clearly named language section rather than guessing.

Choose an available language

Select the language you want from the list shown by the game. Konami's product page lists the languages currently supported overall.

Save the change

Apply or close the settings as instructed and wait for the save or download indicator to finish.

Restart and verify

Restart Master Duel if asked. Check the main menu and one card description before entering a competitive duel.

If it does not work

  • If the language is not listed, the platform or regional version may not offer it even when Master Duel supports it elsewhere.
  • If you selected an unfamiliar language, reopen the same menu positions and compare the language names carefully.
  • If the setting does not persist, confirm you used the same account and let the save finish before closing the game.
