First decide what is going wrong. Choppy animation and uneven camera movement are FPS problems; delayed abilities or champions jumping across the screen are network lag. For FPS drops, lower Wild Rift's graphics quality and use 30 FPS if 60 is unstable. For network lag, run Settings > Network Test and compare Wi-Fi with mobile data.
Watch one match carefully. Choppy camera movement and skipped animation point to an FPS problem. Smooth animation with delayed abilities, rubber-banding, or champions jumping between positions points to the connection.

Run Wild Rift's Network Test
From the home screen, tap the gear icon, choose Network Test, and start the diagnosis. Riot shows separate results for your local network, router, internet route, and game server. Green is healthy, yellow needs attention, and red identifies a likely problem area.
Play one short test on a reliable Wi-Fi connection and another on mobile data when your plan allows it. If only one connection lags, focus on that network instead of changing every graphics option.

Lower graphics for choppy animation
Open Settings > Graphics and lower Graphics Quality by one level. Reduce Effects or Post-Processing if those options appear, but keep health bars, skill effects, and the minimap easy to read.

Use 30 FPS when 60 is unstable
Select 60 FPS only when it is available and stays steady. If the phone heats up or the frame rate falls during team fights, use 30 FPS and repeat the same match or Practice-mode test.

Update and restart safely
Install the current Wild Rift update from Google Play or the App Store, then restart the phone. On Android, also check for a system update. Avoid clearing app data unless you know the Riot account is linked and can sign in again.
Stop charging while testing, move the phone away from direct sunlight, and close video, download, or recording apps you do not need. Let a hot device cool before deciding whether the graphics change helped.
If it does not work
If Network Test shows delay at the router or shared Wi-Fi stage, move closer to the router and pause other large downloads before testing again.
If only matches with friends in another region lag, the group may be placed on a more distant server. A graphics change will not shorten that network distance.
Do not use a VPN as an automatic lag fix. It can add another network route and make the diagnosis less clear.
