BootstrapPackagedGame is a VALORANT process name, not automatically an error. If the game opens normally, leave it alone. If the process appears but no game window opens, restart Riot Client and Windows, repair VALORANT, check the exact security-software alert if one exists, then collect Riot logs. Do not delete or rename the executable.

Check whether the game actually failed

Wait a minute after selecting Play. If VALORANT opens, the BootstrapPackagedGame entry in Task Manager needs no fix.

Close the stalled launch

If no game window appears, close Riot Client and end only the Riot Client, VALORANT, and BootstrapPackagedGame tasks. Do not delete their files.
