For a cross-platform party in THE FINALS, both players must enable Settings > Gameplay > Network > Crossplay and add each other by Embark ID. A Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox friendship alone may not add the person inside the game. Also check Social > Blocked Players and the console privacy settings, then fully restart both games.

THE FINALS supports cross-play between PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Make sure both players have finished updating the game and are signed into the intended Embark accounts.

Enable Crossplay for both players
On each device, open Settings > Gameplay > Network and turn Crossplay on. It is not enough for only the person sending the invite to enable it.

Add the Embark ID
Open the in-game Social menu and add the other person's exact Embark ID, including its numbers. Being friends only through Steam, PlayStation Network, or Xbox may not make the person available for an in-game cross-platform party.

Check the blocked-player list
On both accounts, open Social > Blocked Players and make sure neither player appears there. Remove an accidental block, return to the Social menu, and send a fresh invite.

Allow cross-network play
On PlayStation or Xbox, check the account's privacy settings and allow friend requests, communication, and cross-network play. A child or family account may need its family organizer to change these permissions.

Restart both games
Fully close THE FINALS on both devices, reopen it, and try the invite again from the in-game Social menu. If it still fails, contact Embark with both Embark IDs, both platforms, and the point where the invitation fails.
If same-platform friends can join but a cross-platform friend cannot, recheck Crossplay and the console's cross-network privacy permission on both accounts.
If the other person does not appear after an Embark ID request, compare the complete IDs, check both blocked lists, restart both games, and then give Embark both IDs and platforms.
