On a PC, eligible Roblox accounts can use the website's gear icon > Switch Account. In the Android or iPhone app, Roblox documents logging out and then signing in to the other account instead. The website switcher is limited to users aged 13 or older without parental privileges, stores up to five accounts on that device, and does not sync those saved accounts to another device.
On a PC or Mac, open Roblox.com in a browser and use the website steps below. On Android or iPhone, open the official Roblox app and use the matching mobile section; Roblox does not document the website Account Switcher as an in-app mobile control.
Sign in at Roblox.com and return to Home. Select the gear icon at the top right, then select Switch Account. This option is available only to users aged 13 or older whose accounts do not have parental privileges.

PC or Mac: select or add the account
In the switcher, choose the saved account you want, or use its add-account flow and sign in with that account's own credentials. Check the username after Home reloads before opening a game or changing settings. Roblox allows up to five accounts in the switcher on the current device.

Android app: log out of the current account
Tap More in the bottom navigation. On the More screen, tap the image icon at the upper right, then tap Log Out in the confirmation pop-up. The app should return to its login screen.

iPhone or iPad app: log out of the current account
Tap More in the bottom navigation, tap Settings, then tap Log Out. Tap Log Out again when Roblox asks for confirmation. The app should return to its login screen.

Mobile: sign in to the other account
On the Roblox login screen, tap Login. Enter the other account's username and password, then tap Login again. Enter credentials only in the official Roblox app or at Roblox.com.

Verify the active account
On Home, check the username and avatar before joining an experience, spending Robux, or changing account settings. A display name can resemble another account's, so use the username as the final check.

If it does not work
If Switch Account is missing on the website, confirm that the user is at least 13 and that the account does not have parental privileges. Roblox does not provide a supported bypass for those restrictions.
If a website account is missing on another computer or phone, add or sign in to it there. Roblox stores switcher accounts only on the device where they were added.
If the mobile app rejects valid login details, check that the device's date and time are correct, then try signing in at Roblox.com in the device browser. Use Roblox's account-recovery flow instead of repeatedly guessing a password.
On a shared computer or phone, log out when finished and do not save another person's account in the switcher.
