You Cannot View a Roblox Password: Reset It Safely
Source-checked · About 10 minutes
Answer
Roblox does not display your existing account password. If you have forgotten it, reset it from the Roblox login screen using the email address or phone number already connected to the account, then choose a new unique password.
Roblox does not show the current password in the mobile app or on the website. Treat any app, extension, or person claiming it can reveal the password as unsafe.
2
Start from the Roblox login screen
Select Forgot Password or Username. Use the recovery option only on the official Roblox app or Roblox website, not from a link sent in a message.
3
Enter the connected email address
Choose Password, enter the email address attached to the account, and submit the request. Roblox sends a reset link to that email address.
Check the inbox and any spam or junk folder for Roblox's message. If more than one account uses the email address, select the account you are actually trying to recover.
5
Create and confirm a new password
Use a new, unique password rather than reusing one from another service. Enter it again carefully before finishing the reset.
6
Use the phone route only when it is already linked
If the account has a verified phone number, use the phone recovery option and enter the code sent by Roblox. Never give that code to another person.
7
Secure the recovered account
After you can sign in, review its recovery details and enable Roblox's current account-protection options. Roblox says it will not ask you for the password, cookies, or two-step codes.

If it does not work
If the reset email does not arrive, verify the exact email address first, wait briefly, then check spam and junk folders before sending repeated requests.
If you cannot use the connected email or phone, follow Roblox's account-ownership recovery path; do not attempt to obtain a password from a browser, a device, or another person.
