There is no purchase fix: Roblox stopped selling new Premium memberships on April 30, 2026. If your account already has Premium, keep it active and manage it under Settings > Subscriptions; canceling it or letting a failed renewal expire removes the option to resubscribe. Roblox Plus is the current subscription for new buyers, but its benefits are different.
Sign in to the Roblox account you mean to check. If you are trying to buy Premium for the first time, or restart a canceled membership, stop: Roblox ended both paths on April 30, 2026. Reinstalling Roblox, changing browsers, or switching payment methods cannot restore the retired purchase option.

Open an existing membership
If the account already has Premium, select the gear in the upper-right corner of the Roblox website, open Settings, then select Subscriptions. Find Roblox Premium and read its renewal or expiration date. If Stripe processed the purchase, this page can also offer a payment-method update.

Verify a renewal and stipend
A normal renewal may take up to 24 hours to complete. After it succeeds, open My Transactions on the Roblox website and choose Premium Stipends under Type of Transactions. The monthly Robux should appear by the end of the renewal day; keep the receipt if it does not.

Act before a failed renewal expires
Roblox may retry a failed payment for the next 72 hours. If the membership is still active and Stripe billing exposes an update control, correct the payment method under Settings > Subscriptions and recheck the renewal state. If all retries fail, Roblox cancels Premium and does not offer resubscription.

Choose the current alternative only if it fits
For a new subscription, review Roblox Plus instead of searching for a Premium workaround. Plus is available on the web and supported Apple and Google Play versions of Roblox, but it is a different product: the base Plus plan has no monthly Robux stipend, while separate Plus 500, 1000, and 2000 bundles include monthly Robux. Confirm the exact benefits and account before paying.
If it does not work
If Premium disappeared after you canceled it, or after the 72-hour retry window ended, that matches Roblox's current policy. Do not pay a third party that claims it can restore the membership.
If the renewal succeeded but the stipend is still missing after the renewal day, confirm the correct account in My Transactions > Premium Stipends, then contact Roblox Support with the recurring-membership receipt.
If there is no Cancel Renewal button, read the expiration state first. Roblox says the button can be absent while renewal is processing, after cancellation, for a non-recurring Windows or Amazon membership, or when the subscription must be managed through Apple or Google Play.
If Roblox Plus is also missing, update the mobile app and check the supported payment platforms. Roblox says Plus is not currently sold through the Samsung Galaxy Store version, PCGDK, Microsoft Handheld, Quest, or other consoles.
