Why Roblox Premium Is No Longer Available to Buy
Source-checked About 10 minutes
Answer
Roblox Premium is no longer available for new purchases as of April 30, 2026. Existing subscribers can manage an active membership under Settings > Subscriptions, but a canceled or failed membership cannot be restarted.
Check whether this is a new purchase
Roblox ended new Premium purchases on April 30, 2026. If no active Premium membership appears on the account, there is no supported purchase fix or resubscription route.
Open the active subscription
For an existing membership, sign in to the account that owns it and open Settings > Subscriptions. Check the renewal or expiration date and, for Stripe billing, the payment method.
Allow time for a completed renewal
A successful renewal should add the monthly Robux by the end of the renewal day. Check My Transactions > Premium Stipends on the Roblox website.
Understand a failed renewal
Roblox may retry a failed renewal for up to 72 hours. If it still fails, Premium is canceled and the account cannot resubscribe under the current policy.

If it does not work
- If a former subscriber cannot subscribe again after cancellation, that matches Roblox's published policy and is not fixed by reinstalling.
- If an existing subscription renewed but the stipend is missing, use the transaction history and official billing support with the receipt reference.
