Check scope and requirements

Update Roblox
Open the App Store, tap the account profile, and install an available Roblox update. Reopen the same experience after the update finishes rather than changing several settings at once.
Force-close and reopen Roblox
Open the app switcher using the gesture or button appropriate for the device, swipe the Roblox preview away, then tap Roblox to launch it again.
Restart the device
