Open the Friends area
On a phone, tap More at the bottom of the Roblox app, then tap Friends.

Review pending requests
Tap Requests to see the people who have sent you a friend request.

Choose the request outcome
Tap Accept to add the person or Decline to refuse the request.

Use the tablet layout when applicable
On a tablet, open Friends, select the Requests tab, and choose Accept or Ignore for the request.
After completing the supported steps, confirm that the request leaves Requests and the intended account appears in the connections or friends list without accepting an impersonator. Repeat the original task once so a cached or temporary result is not mistaken for a durable fix, then check that the protected account, data, permissions, and settings still have their intended state.

Troubleshoot Accept a Friend Request in Roblox Mobile
If the request expired, the account reached its connection limit, the app is stale, parental controls apply, or the username and display name do not identify the same person, stop broad resets and return to the last known safe state.
