How to Fix Roblox Marketplace Not Loading

Source-checked About 10 minutes

Answer

Open Marketplace directly on roblox.com in an updated browser. If only Marketplace fails, disable browser extensions for one test, then clear Roblox cookies and cached data; if several Roblox pages also fail, check Roblox status and compare another network before changing the browser or firewall.

Open the official Marketplace directly

Sign in at roblox.com, select Marketplace at the top of the page, and wait for the Marketplace heading, item results, search, and filters. Record whether the whole page is blank, item tiles fail, or only a button does not respond.

Check whether Roblox is down

Open status.roblox.com and another Roblox page such as Home. If Roblox reports an incident or several pages fail, wait and retest; local browser changes cannot restore a service outage.

Test without browser extensions

Disable browser extensions for one Marketplace test, starting with ad blockers. If the page loads, re-enable them one at a time and reload Marketplace after each change until the incompatible extension is identified.

Clear only Roblox site data

If extensions are not the cause, clear Roblox cookies and cached data using the browser's site-data control when available, close the browser, and reopen Marketplace. This signs Roblox out, so return only through roblox.com and verify the account before entering credentials.

Compare an updated second browser

Update the current browser and test Marketplace in another Roblox-supported browser such as Edge, Firefox, or Chrome. If the second browser works, the problem is local to the first browser rather than the Roblox account or Marketplace.

Isolate the network only if both browsers fail

Test another ordinary website, then compare the same Marketplace page on a trusted second network. If it works there, restore the original network's normal browser and firewall access or ask its administrator; do not disable security permanently or expose broad ports.

Verify the page and report useful evidence

Confirm that Marketplace now shows item tiles and that search, a category, and one filter respond. If it still fails, send Roblox Support the Marketplace URL, screenshot or exact message, browser and OS versions, timestamp, and results from extension, second-browser, status, and network tests.

If it does not work

  • If Marketplace loads while signed out but fails after sign-in, clear roblox.com site data and sign in again once. If the account-specific failure remains in a second browser, report it to Roblox rather than repeatedly changing the password.
  • If item tiles load but one item page says unavailable, Marketplace itself is working; that item may be off sale or moderated. Test another current item before troubleshooting the whole site.
  • If a school or workplace network blocks Roblox, ask the administrator to review the restriction. Do not bypass managed filtering or turn off endpoint security.
