Error Code 267 means that an experience removed you from its server. Read the complete message: it may name a kick, a temporary restriction, or an experience ban. If other Roblox experiences still open, do not reinstall Roblox or change network settings. Follow any instruction in the message, or contact that experience's creator if it says you are banned.
Before closing the dialog, write down or capture the creator's full message, the experience name, and the time. The words above Error Code 267 are more useful than the number alone because they may identify a kick, a wait period, a data problem, or a ban.
Open one unrelated Roblox experience with the same account. If it opens, the problem belongs to the first experience, not the Roblox installation or internet connection. Return to the saved message instead of changing DNS, firewall, browser, or app settings.

Follow the stated outcome
If the message tells you to wait or rejoin later, follow that instruction once and keep the exact wording. If it gives a duration, wait for that duration. If it says you are banned, do not evade the restriction with another account; continue to the creator-contact step.

Contact the experience creator
Open the experience details page or creator profile on Roblox. Use Roblox messaging or chat, the community wall if available, or a social link published on that official page. Roblox Support says it cannot remove a creator-issued ban or contact the creator for you.

Send one factual appeal
Include your Roblox username, the experience name, the date and time, the complete message, and a short explanation. Use any appeal identifier named by the creator; Error 267 itself may not be that identifier. Never share a password, cookie, recovery code, or payment.

Verify access, not the appeal form
Submitting an appeal is not success. The restriction is resolved only when the creator confirms the change or the same account can open that experience again. Keep billing separate: Roblox says creators cannot issue Robux or cash refunds for purchases made on the Roblox platform.
If it does not work
If other experiences open but the message mentions data, a session lock, account age, or another experience-specific condition, send that exact text to the creator. Do not replace it with a generic “Error 267” report.
If the experience page provides no contact route, preserve the message and wait for the stated condition. Do not pay an unban service or contact an account that is not linked from the creator's Roblox page.
