Reinstall and test the client
Return to Roblox.com, sign in, and launch the same experience so Roblox installs a current client copy. When Roblox opens, verify that the experience reaches its loading screen without code 403.

Open local app data only if reinstalling failed
Uninstall Roblox again, press Windows+R, enter %localappdata%, and select OK. File Explorer should open the current Windows account's Local folder; stop if a different location opens.

Remove only Roblox's local folder
In the Local folder, select the folder named Roblox and delete only that folder. Do not delete the surrounding Local folder or unrelated app data. Restart Windows, reinstall from Roblox.com, and test the same experience again.

Browser case: isolate Roblox site access
If the 403 appears in Roblox.com itself, clear temporary files and cookies for Roblox in the browser, install the browser's current update, then reopen Roblox.com with extensions and VPN software disabled. Re-enable them one at a time after Roblox works to identify the specific conflict.

Compare one trusted second network
If the same 403 remains, connect the PC to a different trusted internet connection and retry once. If Roblox works there, the failure is on the usual network path; contact that internet provider rather than repeatedly deleting Roblox data.
