Confirm the intended Roblox account

Use a web browser for standard redemption
Open Roblox.com/redeem in a web browser. Roblox says redemption is not available in the standard mobile app or on consoles.
Enter the code exactly
Enter the gift-card or promotional code in the text box, checking similar-looking letters and numbers carefully, then select Redeem.
Wait for the confirmation
Do not discard the card or receipt until Roblox displays a confirmation that the credit or item was added to the signed-in account.
Use the Samsung Galaxy route only when applicable
