Recover a TikTok Account Without Email or Phone Access
Source-checked · About 5 minutes, plus friend verification time
Answer
Open TikTok's account-recovery screen, find the account by username, tap Can't access these?, and choose Ask friends to verify. TikTok requires at least two eligible friends to complete the request. If that option is missing, report the access problem through TikTok Support.
Share TikTok's instructions with friends who already follow the account. Use at least two eligible friends and ask them to act before the request expires.
6
Wait for TikTok's result
TikTok limits how many requests can be sent in one day. Do not keep starting new requests while one is active. If verification succeeds, TikTok signs you in automatically.
7
Secure the recovered account
Check the username and profile first, then add an email address and phone number you can access, change the password, and review signed-in devices. Never send a login code or password to a friend.
If it does not work
If Ask friends to verify does not appear, use Profile > Menu > Settings and privacy > Report a problem from another TikTok account and describe the inaccessible account.
If TikTok says the request failed, confirm that at least two eligible friends completed the current request before it expired, then use TikTok's retry or other recovery option.
Do not pay an account-recovery service or share passwords, login codes, session files, or identity documents outside TikTok's official flow.
