Before you start

Open Instagram login help
From the Instagram login screen, choose the option for forgotten password or login help. Start Forgot password or Get help logging in and identify the correct profile by username, email, or phone.

Complete account recovery

Verify the result

Troubleshoot Instagram account recovery
