Recover a Lost PUBG Mobile Account Safely

Source-checked About 15 minutes

Answer

Try the same Google, Apple, Facebook, X, email, or other provider that was linked to the account. Recover that provider account first if needed. PUBG Mobile says guest progress cannot be restored after the app or device data is deleted, so do not overwrite the problem with new guest progress.

Stop creating new progress

Close the game if it opens a new character. Do not link that new profile to a provider that may contain the lost account.

List previous sign-in methods

Recall the device, region, player name, numeric ID, clan, approximate last login, and whether you used Google, Apple, Facebook, X, email, or another button.

Try the exact original method

On the official PUBG Mobile app, choose the same sign-in button and provider account used before. Confirm the displayed provider email before approving.

Recover the provider account

If its password or access is lost, use that provider's official recovery page first. Never send a password or one-time code to another person.

Understand guest-account loss

PUBG Mobile states that guest records and payment history cannot be restored after deletion or reinstallation.

Contact PUBG Mobile

From the login screen or in-game Customer Service, submit the player ID, old name, device, region, dates, and purchase receipts it requests. Do not invent missing details.

Secure the recovered account

After recovery, link a supported provider, enable its two-factor authentication, and verify the character and inventory before playing.

If it does not work

  • If one login creates a level-one character, sign out without linking it and try the original provider.
  • If a provider account was hacked, secure its email and password before returning to PUBG Mobile.
  • Receipts can help identify ownership but do not guarantee recovery; only official PUBG Mobile support can decide the case.
