Open Account Settings

Open the main menu using the three-line button, choose Settings, then open Account.

Record the account code privately

Copy or securely note the 32-character account code shown by the game. Do not post it publicly or send it to another player.

Confirm the current progress

Check the character name, server, and progress before linking. If the wrong character is open, stop and return to the correct account first.

Choose the email link option

Select the available email account-linking option. Netmarble also documents other link methods, but use only the account you intend to keep.

Complete the email sign-in

Enter the requested email credentials or verification code on the official sign-in screen. Never share a verification code in chat or with another player.

Verify before signing out

Return to Account Settings and confirm that email now appears as linked. Only then test sign-in on another device or remove the original installation.

If it does not work

  • If the expected character disappears after sign-in, stop and verify the account method, server, and saved account code before creating a new character.
  • If an email is already linked elsewhere, do not unlink accounts at random; contact Netmarble Support with the account code.
  • If the verification message does not arrive, check spam, confirm the address spelling, and request one new code rather than many at once.
