How to Link an Email Login in Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds

Answer
Open Menu > Settings > Account and use the current email-link option on the account you intend to keep. Verify the email before signing out, and do not link a second identity until you have confirmed which character and server are attached to the account.
Confirm the character and server
Open Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds and verify the character name, server, region, and current login method. Take note of the player identifier before changing account access.
Open Account settings
Tap the menu button, open Settings, and choose Account. Labels may differ by platform or version, so use Netmarble's current support when the account-link section has moved.
Choose the email-link option
Select Sign in with Email, Link Email, or the equivalent control shown for the current account. Stop if the screen indicates that the email is already linked to another game account.
Enter an email you control
Type the email address carefully and create or enter the requested credentials only on the official Netmarble screen. Use a unique password and never share the verification code.
Complete email verification
Open the verification message from the official sender, check the destination account, and complete the link before the code expires. Check spam once if the message is delayed.
Verify the linked login
Return to Account settings and confirm that the email shows as linked. Do not unlink the previous method until the email login has been tested and the correct character appears.
Recover through official support
If the email belongs to another account or the character is missing, stop switching and contact Netmarble with the player ID, server, character, device, and purchase receipts when applicable. Old account-link reward amounts are not guaranteed.

- If the verification email does not arrive, recheck the spelling, spam folder, and cooldown before requesting one more message.
- If signing in opens a new character, sign out without progressing and ask official support to identify the correct linked account.
