Return to the title screen

Sign out or return to the screen that shows the current server. Do not delete or unlink the account to change the server selection.

Open Select Server

Choose the displayed server name or Select Server. The exact button position can differ between the mobile and Windows layouts.

Check Your Characters first

Open Your Characters to see which servers already contain characters for the signed-in account. Write down the correct server name if you are trying to recover existing progress.

Choose from All Servers

Open All Servers and select the intended server. Choose based on where friends play and where the account already has progress, not an unofficial region label.

Understand what changes

A server selection changes where the game connects; it does not transfer an existing character, equipment, currency, or progress. A server with no character normally starts character creation.

Verify after signing in

Confirm the server name, character name, and expected progress before continuing or buying anything. If they are wrong, return to Select Server instead of creating or deleting a character.

If it does not work

  • If the expected character is missing, verify the login method and check every entry under Your Characters.
  • If friends cannot find you, compare the exact server names shown on both accounts.
  • If you need an actual character transfer rather than a different login server, contact Netmarble Support and check whether a current transfer option exists before spending money.
