How to Switch Account in Mobile Legends

Source-checked About 10 minutes

Answer

First bind the current Mobile Legends profile to a recoverable account. Then open Profile > Account > Account Settings > Switch Account, choose the provider linked to the other profile, and complete its sign-in or verification. The switch is successful only when the lobby shows the intended player name, ID, server, rank, and owned content. Never switch away from an unbound guest profile.

Guide steps6 steps
  1. Record the current profile
  2. Bind a guest account first
  3. Open Switch Account
  4. Choose the destination provider
  5. Review the profile before confirming
  6. Verify the switched account
  7. If it still does not work

Record the current profile

From the lobby, open Profile and note the current player name, account ID, server, rank, and the provider protecting it. This gives you a recovery reference if the wrong profile opens.

Bind a guest account first

Open Account or Account Settings and confirm the current profile is linked to a recoverable Moonton or supported provider. If the game identifies it as a guest, bind and verify it before switching; otherwise its progress may not be recoverable.

Open Switch Account

Return to the lobby, tap the Profile icon in the top-left, open Account, then Account Settings, and tap Switch Account. Labels can differ slightly by regional build, but do not use Disconnect or Delete Account.

Choose the destination provider

Select the Moonton, Google Play Games, Game Center, Facebook, TikTok, or other provider already linked to the destination profile. Complete that provider's sign-in and any verification prompt.

Review the profile before confirming

If the game shows a destination account preview or server choice, compare it with the player ID and server you intend to open. Cancel when the identity is unfamiliar.

Verify the switched account

At the lobby, reopen Profile and confirm the intended player name, ID, server, rank, heroes, and currency. Do not play a match or make a purchase until those identifiers match.

If it does not work

  • If a provider is missing, confirm you are using the correct device platform and regional game build; do not unlink the working profile to make another button appear.
  • If a new profile opens, stop and use Switch Account again with the provider actually bound to the intended player ID.
  • If you cannot access the linked provider, recover that provider or use the official Mobile Legends account self-service page before clearing data or reinstalling.
Sources and verification

Provider choices vary by device and regional build; binding the current profile and verifying the destination identity are required safeguards.
