Answer
Open System Settings > Desktop & Dock to change Dock size, magnification, position, hiding and recent apps. Use Menu Bar settings or Control Center settings for menu bar visibility and individual status items.
Open Desktop & Dock
Choose Apple menu > System Settings > Desktop & Dock.
Adjust the Dock
Set size, magnification, screen position, minimize behavior, automatic hiding and whether recent apps appear.
Adjust the menu bar
Open the Menu Bar section in System Settings and choose when the menu bar appears or hides.
Choose status items
Open Control Center settings to decide which supported controls appear in the menu bar.
