Check current service and error notices
Review Lost Ark's Game Crashes and Errors section for maintenance, service trouble, or a matching named error. If the service is affected, keep local settings unchanged and retry after the notice clears.
Exit Lost Ark and Steam, restart Windows, then reopen Steam and launch Lost Ark once. Do not add launch options, compatibility modes, or copied configuration files during this first test.

Confirm current requirements and free space
