Answer

Claim the earned reward in Twitch's Drops Inventory, then use Lost Ark's official Twitch Drops page to connect the same Twitch account and the Steam account you use for Lost Ark. Select Activate, start the game, and check the in-game mail if delivery is not immediate.

Confirm that the Drop was earned

Open Twitch Drops Inventory with the Twitch account used while watching. Find the Lost Ark reward and make sure its progress is complete.

Select Claim Now

Choose Claim Now for the completed reward. Watching long enough is not the same as claiming it, so confirm that Twitch now shows the Drop as claimed.

Connect the same Twitch account

Sign in to Twitch and approve the requested connection. If the browser is already signed in, check the username before approving.

Connect the correct Steam account

Sign in with the Steam account you actually use to start Lost Ark. A publisher link can be associated with only one game account at a time, so do not guess.

Activate and check the game

Select Activate, start or restart Lost Ark, and check the account's in-game mail or product inventory. Delivery can take a little time.

If it does not work

If Twitch shows progress but no Claim button, confirm the campaign end time and whether every required channel or watch-time condition was met.
If the wrong Steam account is shown, stop before activating, sign out, and repeat the link with the account that owns the intended Lost Ark characters.
If the Drop is claimed and activated but missing in game, restart the game, check in-game mail, then contact Lost Ark support with the Drop name and account details.
