Access DLC You Own in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
Source-checked About 10 minutes
Answer
DLC packs must be owned or otherwise entitled to the account. LEGO Games Support documents where to find and install owned add-ons on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Steam, and Epic Games Store, plus how to find downloaded Character Pack characters in Free Play. This does not unlock unpurchased content or transfer ownership between accounts.
Confirm that the account owns the content
Use the same platform account that purchased the game, edition, bundle, or character pack. LEGO Games Support distinguishes owned or entitled content from content that has not been purchased.
Choose the platform's owned-content view
On PlayStation, use the game’s Add On or Manage Game Content area; on Xbox use Manage game and add-ons and Ready to Install; on Switch use Software Information and Nintendo eShop; on Steam use the game Properties DLC tab; on Epic use Manage DLC.
Start the owned DLC download
Select only the add-on listed as owned or available to download, then let the platform finish the download before launching the game again.
Check the install state
On Steam, the DLC tab shows owned content and whether its Install checkbox is selected. On other platforms, verify the download queue or installed-content list before assuming the pack is missing.
Use the platform-specific retry only when needed
If Steam shows owned DLC but it still does not appear, exit and reopen Steam; if the install box remains checked, verify game files through Properties and Local Files. For Xbox, LEGO Games Support documents closing the game, reinstalling the impacted add-on, fully shutting down, then restarting.
Open Free Play after Story progress
For downloaded Character Pack characters, complete a Story level and unlock Free Play Mode. Open the Holoprojector, choose Episodes, select an available level, choose Free Play rather than Story, then check the Characters tab.
Keep entitlement support private
If the owned DLC is still absent, contact the platform or LEGO Games Support with the platform, purchase receipt or order reference when requested, and the installed-content result. Never share account passwords, payment numbers, or recovery codes.

If it does not work
- This page only helps access DLC the account owns or is entitled to download. It cannot unlock unpurchased content or move DLC between accounts.
- If a character pack is installed but its characters are absent, confirm that a Story level is complete and that you started a Free Play level before treating the installation as failed.
