Recover Deleted Notes on iPhone Within 30 Days
Source-checked About 10 minutes
Answer
Open Notes > Folders > Recently Deleted and move the note back within 30 days; check the original mail account if it is not an iCloud note.
Check Recently Deleted
In Notes, open Folders > Recently Deleted and look under the account that originally stored the note.
Recover the note
Swipe left and choose Move, or open it and recover it to an existing or new folder.
Respect the 30-day limit
Recently deleted notes are kept for 30 days; permanently deleted notes cannot be restored from that folder.
Check other accounts and sharing
Gmail or Exchange notes follow that provider's rules, while a deleted shared note you do not own may require the original sharing link.
