Use a Pie 64-bit BlueStacks 5 instance. With Free Fire closed, open BlueStacks Settings > Phone, select the Asus ROG 2 device profile, then open Performance, turn on Enable high frame rate, and set the slider to 240. Save the changes and restart BlueStacks. In Free Fire, turn on High FPS when that option appears. BlueStacks targets 90 FPS with this setup, but the PC and display must be able to sustain it.
Open BlueStacks Multi-instance Manager and confirm that Free Fire is installed in a Pie 64-bit instance. If it is not, create that instance first. The 90 FPS instructions are specific to Pie 64-bit.
Return to the BlueStacks home screen and close Free Fire. Changing the emulator settings while the game is closed makes the restart and comparison clearer.

Select the Asus ROG 2 profile
Click the gear icon, open Settings > Phone, and select Asus ROG 2 as the device profile. Save the change. This is the profile BlueStacks names in its current 90 FPS instructions.

Give BlueStacks enough resources
Open Performance. BlueStacks recommends four CPU cores or more and 4 GB of memory or more for Free Fire when the PC can spare them. Do not assign all of the computer's memory or cores, because Windows still needs resources to run.

Enable high frame rate
In Performance, turn on Enable high frame rate and move the Frame rate slider to 240. Click Save changes, then restart BlueStacks when prompted. The 240 value unlocks the game's 90 FPS target; it does not mean Free Fire will render at 240 FPS.

Turn on High FPS in Free Fire
Launch Free Fire, open its Display settings, and turn on High FPS when the option appears. BlueStacks also recommends Shadows Off for performance. If Ultra graphics causes drops on your PC, lower the graphics quality and keep High FPS on for the comparison.

Verify the result in a real match
Use BlueStacks' FPS display or another familiar frame counter and play the same training area or match. A steady value near 90 is the goal. If it repeatedly falls, close heavy Windows apps and lower Free Fire's graphics quality before assigning more resources.
If the high-frame-rate switch or 90 FPS option is missing, confirm that BlueStacks is current and that Free Fire is in a Pie 64-bit instance with the Asus ROG 2 profile.
A 60 Hz display can still run the game, but it cannot show all 90 frames as distinct screen refreshes. Check Windows Settings > System > Display > Advanced display to see the active refresh rate.
If FPS drops while Windows is also slow, reduce background apps or the resources assigned to BlueStacks. Giving the emulator every available core or nearly all memory can make the whole computer less responsive.
