If Enlisted draws smoothly but actions are delayed, soldiers jump, or the game disconnects, test the network before changing graphics. Pause downloads, compare Ethernet with Wi-Fi, and restart the router and PC. If Enlisted alone still lags, run Gaijin's ping and tracert commands for enlisted.net and attach the results to a support request. Those commands diagnose the route; they do not change it.
If the picture is smooth but actions happen late, soldiers jump between positions, or the game disconnects, continue here. If the whole picture stutters, troubleshoot FPS instead.

Try another battle and check support
Leave the affected match and try another battle once. If only one session is affected, use another. Check Gaijin's Enlisted support page for a current incident or maintenance notice before changing Windows.
Pause launcher updates, cloud backups, large downloads, and high-quality video on devices you control. Repeat one battle. If the delay disappears, resume those activities one at a time.

Compare Ethernet with Wi-Fi
Connect the PC to the router with Ethernet for one test when possible. If Ethernet is stable but Wi-Fi lags, move closer to the router, reconnect to Wi-Fi, or reduce interference instead of lowering game graphics.

Restart the network and PC
Exit Enlisted, restart the modem and router, wait for the connection to return, and restart Windows. Test the same region and game mode again.

Run Gaijin's connection commands
Open Command Prompt. Run ping enlisted.net -n 20, then run tracert enlisted.net. Wait for each command to finish and save a screenshot or copy the results. These tests show delay and route problems; they do not repair the connection.
If Enlisted alone still lags, create a support request and attach the command results. Include the date and time, country or region, internet provider, Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and the affected game server or mode.
If it does not work
Do not post the complete diagnostic output publicly. Send it through Gaijin Support because it can reveal network addresses and routing information.
If every online app is also slow, contact the internet provider with the test time and results. Reinstalling Enlisted will not repair a wider connection problem.
Do not change DNS or use a VPN as the first step. Neither is a dependable fix for packet loss on the active route to the game server.
