Authorize only the intended server

Verify Rythm was added
In Discord, open Server Settings > Integrations > Bots and Apps and confirm Rythm appears, then check its bot account in the member list. If it was also added to your user account, it appears separately under User Settings > Authorized Apps.

Play one test track
Join the voice channel where Rythm should play, type /play, select Rythm's command, enter a song name, and submit it. Rythm should join that same voice channel and show the queued track; use /ping first if you want a response test that does not change the queue.

Stop and verify the end state
Run /disconnect when the test is finished; the bot should leave voice and clear the queue. Keep the integration only after confirming it joined the intended channel, played the intended result, and retained no broader access than approved.

Use the Activity only when intended
For Rythm's collaborative Activity instead of the bot, join voice, select the Activities button, choose Rythm, and launch it; everyone in voice can then see and control that shared music session. This is a separate path from the /play bot command and may be unavailable in some countries.

If it does not work
If typing / does not show Rythm, confirm the role has Use Application Commands and that Discord is not using the legacy chat input before reinstalling anything.
If Rythm responds but cannot play, confirm you are already in the intended voice channel and use /ping to distinguish a command-access problem from playback trouble.
If only the Activity is missing, Rythm says it may be blocked in that country; installing the bot does not prove the Activity is regionally available.
If commands remain after removing the server bot, open User Settings > Authorized Apps and deauthorize Rythm there as well.
