Turn Off 2-Step Verification on Roblox
Source-checked About 5 minutes
Answer
Sign in to Roblox, open Settings > Security, find the active 2-Step Verification method, and turn it off. Complete the password or verification prompt Roblox shows. Because this weakens the account, first make sure its email, phone number, passkey, and backup codes are up to date.
Before you continue
- RecoveryConfirm another way to recover the account.
- SecurityTurn off only the active verification method.
- ProtectChange the password instead if prompts are unexpected.
If it does not work
- If you cannot receive a code, use Roblox's verification troubleshooting page and the account's saved backup codes.
- If the Security switch is unavailable, check parental controls, account restrictions, and whether you signed in to the correct account.
- Roblox Support will not need your password or current verification code. Do not use an account recovery service that asks for either.
