Answer
For a Google Play Device incompatible message in BlueStacks 5, change the emulated device profile, clear Google Play Store storage, and, if needed, test an Android Pie or Android 11 instance.
Use this procedure when Google Play says an app is incompatible inside BlueStacks 5. An installer or BlueStacks update incompatibility is a different issue.
2
Change the device profile
Open the gear icon on the Side toolbar, select Phone, choose another predefined profile, and select Save changes.
3
Retest the Play Store listing
Reopen Google Play and check the same app. Try another predefined profile if the first one remains unsupported.
4
Clear Play Store storage
From the BlueStacks home screen, open System apps > Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear storage, then confirm.
5
Try another Android instance
If the listing is still incompatible, use Multi-instance Manager to test an Android Pie or Android 11 instance, as BlueStacks recommends.
6
Respect actual app requirements
A profile change cannot make an app work when it requires unsupported hardware, Android features, region availability, or architecture. Do not sideload modified APK files.
7
Verify the installation
Install from Google Play and launch the app once. If it still fails, capture the app listing, selected profile, Android instance, and BlueStacks version for support.

If only one app remains incompatible across several profiles and Android instances, compare that app's current Play Store requirements and region availability.
If every Play Store listing fails, collect the BlueStacks version, Android instance, Google account region, and Play Store error before contacting BlueStacks Support.
