To permanently delete a Roblox account, first save needed data and cancel renewals. Then use Roblox Support > Data Privacy Requests > Right To Be Forgotten, check the account details, submit once, and complete Roblox’s identity verification. Choose Deactivate instead if you may return.
Before you continue
DataRequest and download an access report first if needed.
RenewalsCancel recurring subscriptions before renewal.
AccountConfirm the exact username and contact email.
If you may return, open Roblox Settings > Privacy settings > Account Deactivation and Deletion and select Deactivate. Roblox hides and disables the account, but signing in later reactivates it. Continue only if you want permanent deletion.
2
Save data and stop renewals
Before deletion, request a Right to Access report if you have an applicable access right and need a copy of account, login, or payment history; download it from Roblox messages before its seven-day link expires. Cancel recurring Premium or in-experience subscriptions separately before their renewal date, including through Apple or Google when they manage the billing.
3
Confirm the account to be deleted
Open the Roblox profile or Account Info and record the exact username. Confirm it is not a child’s, sibling’s, or alternate account, that you control the contact email for the request, and that no needed service depends on Sign in with Roblox.
4
Open Roblox’s current Support Form
In a desktop or mobile browser, open Roblox’s deletion article and select its Support Form link. Confirm the page is on roblox.com. The current signed-out form first asks for date of birth and Continue, or offers Log in; complete that entry screen to reach the request fields.
Choose Data Privacy Requests, then the appropriate Right To Be Forgotten option. Enter only the contact and account information Roblox requests. Before Submit, recheck the username, email, and request category; leave the form if any of them identifies the wrong account.
6
Complete Roblox’s identity verification
Submit once, keep the case confirmation, and respond only through Roblox’s official request thread with the ownership evidence it asks for. Never send a password or session cookie. Form submission starts the request; Roblox says identity must be verified before fulfillment.
7
Wait for Roblox’s completion message
Treat deletion as complete only when Roblox confirms fulfillment; Roblox publishes no fixed completion or recovery window. Its privacy policy says some identifiers may remain for safety or legal compliance, and deleting the account can remove access to services that used its Roblox ID.
If it does not work
If the Support Form shows only date-of-birth selectors, that is the current signed-out entry screen. Select the correct date and Continue, or use Log in, before looking for Data Privacy Requests.
If Right To Be Forgotten is missing after the entry screen, reopen the form from Roblox’s current deletion article and confirm Data Privacy Requests is selected. Do not substitute an unrelated category.
If Roblox cannot verify identity, reply through the existing case with only the evidence it requests. Do not send a password, session cookie, or another person’s documents.
If a renewal remains active, cancel it through Roblox Subscriptions or the Apple or Google account that bills it; an account-deletion request is not evidence that the renewal stopped.
If you only deactivated the account, signing in can reactivate it. A submitted deletion form is also only a request; neither state proves permanent deletion is complete.
