Fix being unable to add friends in COD Mobile

Answer
Use the in-game Friends list and search for the player's exact public name. Do not share or enter a PlayerID, UID or PrivacyID as a friend code. If the public name is not found, update both copies of COD Mobile and use the app's support option.
Verify the account, ownership, and permission scope

Open Friends
