While signed in, open Roblox Settings > Account Info, choose Change Password, enter the current password, then enter the new password twice. If you cannot sign in, use Forgot Password or Username? with the verified email address or phone number on the account.
Choose a password not used on another website. Do not share the password, verification codes, cookies, or recovery links.

Use recovery if you cannot sign in
On the Roblox login page, select Forgot Password or Username? and reset through the verified email address or phone number. If neither is attached, contact Roblox Support and be prepared to verify ownership.

Verify the change
Sign out and sign back in with the new password. Then verify the account email and enable 2-Step Verification in Settings > Security.
