Source-checked About 10 minutes
Answer
You must be in the new country, have a payment method there, and usually wait 90 days between changes. Open play.google.com, then Profile > Settings > Country and profiles.
Check eligibility first
Confirm you are in the new country, have a payment method there, are not in a Google Family group, and have waited the required 90 days.
Open Country and profiles
At play.google.com, select your profile icon, open Settings, then scroll to Country and profiles.
Add or switch the country
Choose the country shown as eligible and follow the payment-profile prompts; allow up to 48 hours for the profile to update.
Verify the result
Reopen Play Store settings and verify the displayed country, available catalog, payment profile, subscriptions, and balance implications match the intended move.

If it does not work
- If the option is absent, check Google's residency, payment-method, family-group, and waiting-period requirements. Do not falsify location or payment details or use a VPN to bypass eligibility.
