Change Your Google Play Country on Android

You can change the country used by Google Play only when you are in the new country, have a payment method there, and meet Google’s eligibility rules. This changes your Play profile, not your phone’s physical location.
Check whether you are eligible
Make sure you are physically in the new country, have a payment method from there, and have not changed your Play country within Google’s stated waiting period.
Open Google Play
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android phone or tablet while signed in to the Google Account whose Play country you want to change.
Open your profile
Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner, then choose Settings.
Open country settings
Tap General, then Account and device preferences, and look for Country and profiles. The option appears only when your account is eligible.
Choose the new country
Tap the country you want to add to your Play profile, then follow the on-screen prompts to add a payment method for that country.
Wait for the profile to update
Allow up to 48 hours for the new Play profile to appear. Apps, subscriptions, balance, points, and availability can differ between countries.

If it does not work
- If Country and profiles is missing, do not use a VPN to force it to appear. Check Google’s requirements: your location, payment method, Family group status, and the waiting period can all prevent the change.
- If the country was changed but content is still unavailable, wait up to 48 hours and confirm that the item is offered in the new Play country. A Play-country change does not make every app or subscription available.
