Restart the store launcher

Close programs that can interfere

Install the current driver for the installed NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel graphics adapter from that manufacturer, then restart. Do not use a generic driver-download site or install a driver for a different adapter.

Repair before reinstalling
Use the store launcher's cache-clear or file-verification option and let it finish. If the crash remains, collect the exact error plus DxDiag and MSInfo for 2K Support. Reinstall only after confirming cloud or local saves are protected.
