Bing Chat Not Loading? Fix Microsoft Copilot
Source-checked · About 10 minutes
Answer
Bing Chat is now Microsoft Copilot. Open the official Copilot website and sign in once. If the page is blank or a message will not send, reload it, test a private browser window, and temporarily turn off only the extension that might be blocking the page. If Copilot also fails in another browser or the app, use Microsoft Copilot Help and include the exact error.
Note whether the page stays blank, sign-in repeats, or a message fails after you send it. Copy any error text so you can tell a browser problem from an account problem.
3
Reload the page once
Reload Copilot, then close and reopen the tab if it still does not respond. Avoid repeatedly sending the same prompt while the service may still be processing it.
4
Try a private window
Open a private or InPrivate window, visit the same official Copilot link, and sign in once. If it works there, stored site data or an extension in your normal browser profile is the likely difference.
Temporarily turn off one ad blocker, script blocker, or privacy extension for Copilot and reload the page. Turn it back on if nothing changes; do not disable every browser protection at once.
6
Compare another official entry point
Try Copilot in another current browser or the official Copilot app. If only one browser fails, update that browser and remove only Copilot's stored site data before testing again.
If Copilot fails in more than one current browser or app, use Microsoft Copilot Help. Include the exact error, time, device, browser or app version, and whether a private window worked.
A VPN is not required for the Copilot checks above and can make sign-in or location errors harder to understand. This sponsor link is kept separately from the instructions; Tech How may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
